No Hot Water/ FP Failure - Failed Pump or Low Pressure?

Hello,

There is something wrong with the water heater - we don't have hot water. We checked the equipment it there is a red blinking light: FP. Is it failed pump/pressure? See attached. Please let us know how to fix it.

Hello,

Same thing happened again yesterday; it probably happens when temperature outside goes decreases. The FP light is blinking, could Bob come and check it Asap (the heating on the 1st floor isn't working).
