AC Unit Broken Again

Subject: Air conditioning unit broken again

Hi Bob / Denise,

The same air conditioning unit that you repaired this year is broken again (the one that is supposed to cool upstairs). The air blows, but it doesn't cool. You already repaired this unit once this year. It it continues, it should qualify for replacement under the lemon law (or under the warranty). The unit is blinking the red light: "HIGH PRESSURE." (exactly the same as before). There's also water below the unit.

Please let us know when you're able to see it and repair/replace it.
