Radiant Floor Not Heating / Storage Tank Leaks Need Another Fix

Subject: Floor heating + storage tank leaks

After you replaced the pump again this year, the center of the floor is heating, but the east side of the floor (kitchen/dining) is still cold and the office area seems not to work properly either (thermostat is set at 73, air is 71 and the floor is cold, so that means water is not circulating properly). It's been an ongoing issue and we talk to you about it every time you are here, but nothing serious seems to be done about it. You just keep replacing pumps (and we keep paying for it), despite the fact it is always a temporary fix and the system doesn't work properly. The one section of the floor seems to be heating the whole floor, and this is probably why the one pump is overworked and breaks all the time.

Also, we need those leaking items repaired (as already spoken about last spring): valve on the WaterFurnace geothermal storage tank (tall round gray unit), angle join/valve behind the blue WaterFurnace Envision marked as unit II, and the red WaterFUrnace Synergy 3D unit developed two leaks on the flexible lines again. I know these lines were already replaced once.

This system should be air tight and water tight. We do hope you can get these items repaired properly at once.

Please advise your schedule on all these items.
